TTF font installed,but in adobe apps not apear.

Hi,i have installed Jersey M54.ttf but it doesnt apear in both Ps and Ai
I also try put them in to C drive adobe folder but it doesnt work too

OTF is working normaly and recently i found cant add TTF font to Adobe anymore,please help if u know somethings,sorry for my bad english.

my account,and version Ps app,i have install lower version but it didnt work.

and i try to put them to root folder but didnt work too

font was in stall on windows

    Normally Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop will load any True Type fonts installed in the Windows Fonts folder. Have you tried rebooting your computer and then launching Illustrator and Photoshop to see if the font will appear in the fonts menu? There could be a technical problem with the font. You could try downloading a copy of it from a different fonts web site. There may be different build versions of the font available.

    yesterday i have tried all the way possible to fix it but they did not work at all
    and dont know why, today when i come back after a night,open my pc everything turn to normal,so magically,ohhh
