Unable to access Adobe fonts in Photoshop

Question

No matter how many times I try and sign in or attempt to use Adobe Fonts, I constantly get a message saying Access Denied and I need to contact an IT Administrator or sign in with an Adobe ID. My IT team are unsure why this is happening and have not had access to this for months. No matter how many times I have tried signing in or uninstalling Photoshop, this still happens. Please can someone help?

We are sorry for the delay in response. Are you still experiencing the issue accessing Adobe font on Photoshop? If yes, please share your Adobe ID with me over a private message so that I can look into your account. Does that happen with only Photoshop or other Adobe apps like Illustrator and InDesign?
