Unable to create new project in adobe fonts

Hi All,

I'm hoping someone can help!

I need to use a specific font on a website (ITC Avant Garde Gothic), however, I don't seem to have the usual activate font option or the ability to create a new project and assign it.

I pay for the cloud service and previously setup projects but no longer seem to be able to.

Any help would be very much appreciated.

      Rather emabrassingly, the resolution was to log out, then log in again
