Unable to install this font.

Question

Hi Adobe Community,I’m having trouble installing the Impact font from Monotype on my Adobe software; it keeps saying, “Unable to install this font.” Has anyone else experienced this issue? Any suggestions for a fix?Thanks for your help!Best,Mark

Is it possible the installation error is occurring because a version of Impact is already installed in your computer system? Impact is a system typeface included in Mac OSX and iOS. It is also commonly available in Windows OS installations.

Please ensure you're running the updated version of the Creative Cloud Desktop app.  Also, how are you trying to install this font?
