Hi Adobe Community,

I’m having trouble installing the Impact font from Monotype on my Adobe software; it keeps saying, “Unable to install this font.” Has anyone else experienced this issue? Any suggestions for a fix?

Is it possible the installation error is occurring because a version of Impact is already installed in your computer system? Impact is a system typeface included in Mac OSX and iOS. It is also commonly available in Windows OS installations.
