Unable to upload fonts in Creative Cloud desktop app.

when i try to click on it, nothing happens.

Hi.

I am following the below steps to upload my clients fonts, a TTF file.

Client have global and free usage rights and I am a legit freelancer.

The red message I get is: Gray square reads: Typeface is available in Adobe Font Library. Red tape: Can't be added.

What is happening...?

How to get my client's font to work? It is a global company you likely have heard of 😉

Hi Stina49,

 

Thank you for reaching out and sorry to hear you are unable to add font. The error message shows that the font you're trying to add is already available in Adobe fonts library from where you can activate the font.

 

May I know the name of the font you're trying to add?
