Unable to use certain fonts on adobe font

Hello,

 

I used to use adobe font with no issue. but after I had activated my annual prepaid plan(creative cloud all app), some of the fonts on adobe font can't be activated or add to a web project. Is it about my plan or just a system failure or I did anything wrong? ex. Sofia font

    Thank you for reaching out and sorry to hear you are facing trouble activating few fonts. It does look an issue with your account. Could you please check if you're able to activate the fonts from here: https://fonts.adobe.com/fonts/sofia? If no, please share your Adobe ID with me from which you updated your plan over a private message.
