unsearchable Arabic pdf documents

Hi, I was wondering if you know which adobe product should I purchase to be able to search large Arabic pdfs that are only images of Arabic text. I would like to copy and paste from these documents and I keep getting a message that the document is only an image.

    Adobe don't offer OCR (character recognition) for Arabic, so far as I know. There may well be specialist apps sold in places where Arabic is the national language.
