Hello. Is it true, that webfonts doen't have transparency? I found a cute font named:

Fiora Monograms

and for print, this one has transparency. For web not. Or do I miss something?

Greetings from Switzerland

Opacity is not a property of the font, but is applied by the application with the correct parameters. In print, transparency may also be “overprinting”, which is simply achieved by printing a different colour over the background, which may give you sometimes the impression of transparency. Those effects need to be simulated on screen.

Web fonts do not have a background. The background is transparent. Please let me know if I misunderstand your question.
