What is the official email address of Adobe Fonts team?

I need to send an open letter to Adobe Fonts team. But email addresses the support team gave me would not work — my letters on both type-questions[@]adobe.com and fontsupport[@]adobe.com came back saying “Your message to fontsupport@adobe.com couldn't be delivered. The address wasn't found at adobe.com” Did anyone have a better luck contacting them?
