Question

When I try to upload a font, why does it say that it is not eligible to be added?

I have licensed a font called Filmotype Keynote and it is used in my branding. I am trying to upload it to my Creative Cloud but it says that it is not eligible to be added. I contacted Adobe Customer Support and they directed me to this community.

No worries, thank you for responding! So I didn’t need to license it in the first place?

No, not if you have an active Adobe subscription that includes Adobe fonts!

Hi @at.media, I’m sorry for the delay in getting you a reply. Filmotype Keynote is already an Adobe font, so you don’t need to upload it. Instead, you only need to click on the “Add family” button. Let us know if you are still having problems!
