Question

Why are "My Adobe fonts" not showing up in Adobe Portfolio?

I am using the web-based Adobe Fonts program, and I have a bunch of fonts activated in "My Adobe Fonts".

When I'm using Adobe Portfolio, I want to add "site-wide" fonts to my project. When I click "Add fonts", it pops up a window that has two tabs: All Adobe Fonts & My Adobe Fonts.

When I click on "My Adobe Fonts", there are only a couple of fonts activated. How do I get all my fonts activated? Do I have to go in and search for all my individual fonts again in the Portfolio program? This seems duplicative, since I've already done the search using the Fonts program.

Also, a related question, why is there no Adobe Portfolio discussion group?

Thank you for your help.

    "why is there no Adobe Portfolio discussion group?"

    A very good question.  We used to have one but Adobe shut it down.

    Technical support for Portfolio, Behance and Spark was moved to Zendesk, a cost effective help desk platform.  That's fine if you don't need an answer right away because they don't work on weekends or holidays.

    BEHANCE = https://help.behance.net/hc/en-us/requests/new

    PORTFOLIO = https://help.myportfolio.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

    SPARK = https://adobespark.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

    For users with simple questions that could be answered immediately in the forums, I field most if not all Portfolio questions in the Creative Cloud Get Started community.

    "When I click on "My Adobe Fonts", there are only a couple of fonts activated."

    I have a great many activated Adobe Fonts (formerly Typekit) that I can see in Photoshop and Illustrator.  But they are not available in Portfolio.  I can only assume this is because some font licenses do not extend to the web.   Or Portfolio doesn't have permission to use all fonts.
