Why do a couple of characters in an Adobe Font do not convert into Microsoft Word? I have converted CCMightyMouse Adobe Font into a Microsoft Word program and all converted just fine expect the "apostrophe" and the "open quote marks". Can this be corrected easily instead of going line by line and manually converting each one throughout the 300+ page document?

I can't get through to any real person on the Adobe Fonts team. I heard it might be an error on the Adobe side, but I need real help!!!

PLEASE HELP

    Thanks for your response @Debbie5E33,

Thanks for your question! It sounds like the font is functioning correctly, and the issue now is around bulk editing quotation formatting within your document.

Since Adobe Fonts are designed to render consistently across supported applications, any bulk editing—such as replacing or reformatting quotation marks—would typically need to be handled within the host application, in this case Microsoft Word.

We recommend checking Microsoft’s documentation or support resources to see if Word offers a way to find and replace specific quotation styles or formatting in bulk.

    Hi @Debbie5E33,

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your experience—I'm really sorry you're running into this issue, especially with such a large document.

To help resolve this, could you please confirm a few details:

    1. Are you using the latest version of Microsoft Word and the Creative Cloud desktop app?
    2. Is the font activated via the Adobe Fonts website?

We're here to help, just need some info.

    Regards,

    Tarun
