Why is the Adobe Fonts user experience such absolute garbage?

Why do I have to login, often multiple times, while I'm already logged into creative cloud?

Why is the font organization and search so terrible? Do you actually ever speak to your users/customers who use your fonts?

Why, in the font properties can I only choose one option to search by? For example, what if I want to look both normal width and extended width?

Why, when I type in sample text, do I have to retype it if I view the family?

Why, in Illustrator for example, does the way the program handles fonts suck so badly—especially the fonts that aren't Adobe fonts. The way the fonts used to work was great. You ruined it and its infuriating.
