Why is the font manager so bad?

I constantly run into problems with fonts. I have installed the fonts: 

- in creative cloud

- on Windows 10

 

But, in XD it says that my font is missing. It is so annoying. Go through the tutorials. They did not solve the problem. 

 

Why don't the fonts JUST WORK?!
