Why is the Open Font Lobster missing from Adobe Fonts ?

Just like Google, many font designers allowed Adobe to distribute their Open Font fonts, but not all of them ! It seems that Lobster is unavailable Adobe Fonts, nowadays. Although there is this remainder of a license to be found on Adobe's website: https://fonts.adobe.com/variations/6132/eula

What's the deal (literally) with this Summer Festival favorite ?
