Question

SAT is nowhere to find, and the information is extremely limited.

Hi,
I'm currently working at a studio which runs an enterprise license. This should mean that we have access to the Substance Automation Toolkit bat/whl file. However these files doesn't show up in our admin console which means we can't use SAT.

The information about SAT is extremely limited, and even Adobe support seem very unaware that SAT is even a thing, and they have sent us in loops for days.

We would love to get our hands on this tool which we have paid for, but find it extremely difficult to do so. Has anybody else experienced this, if so how did you manage to get the toolkit ?

Thanks
Tobias

I have the exact same problem.I see it listed right in the "Included with your plan" when clicking "Manage your plan" inside of Designer. I called their technical support and it was a recording saying that I had to go to their website to get it on the weekend. I waited an hour and a half to finally answered by someone from the Sales department who couldn't help me even if he wanted to. I have a version as recent as December of last year that no longer works.

They ripped the SAT tools my indie studio was using right out of our pipeline. Never acknowledged they did. Had plenty of social media saying how nothing was changing and if anything things were going to get better thanks to the acquisition by adobe.

We've had support threads, discord threads, even phone support. At best they tell us "yeah that's how it is sorry" but usually they simply ignore us.
