Will K12 schools in US be able to access Premiere Mobile? Any restrictiopns to be aware of?

Premiere for iPhone allows for editing without being signed in, but "some Premiere features require you to be signed in to an Adobe account".   Importing photos or video from Photos or from Files, adding music, and exporting all works without an Adobe account.

If the students have an Adobe ID for a student plan (Creative Cloud Pro), they'll be able to use those generative credits (I think it's 4,000 monthly) for things like Generate image, Image to video, and Expand image while logged in without purchasing a mobile plan ($69.99/year or $7.99/month) in the app.

My students in university can access this app no problem - unsure about K12 though!
