Question

Export on Mobile app not working

I have been trying to export projects from the mobile app, but it is stuck at either 1% or 0%. My phone has stayed at 0% for both projects, and it does not help that my projects that are created on the mobile app are not available on the cloud at all, So I am unable to uninstall the app since my project will get lost.

PLEASE NO SOLUTIONS TO EXPORT TO DESKTOP AS MY LAPTOP IS WORSE BECAUSE IT IS EXTREMELY SLOW TO OPEN ANY FILES, LET ALONE CHROME.

I have Also tried saving the project as a copy, but that does not work either, As well as obviously restarting my phone and restarting the app. The Projects are less than one gigabytes to export.

Has someone found a workaround this? Thanks!

Sorry you’re running into this! We’ve seen a few cases where projects with clips sped up a lot can cause export to stall. A quick workaround that usually fixes it:

  1. Select the sped-up clip.
  2. Hit the Extract Audio button (you’ll find it in the toolbar).

Once the audio is extracted, the export should go through successfully.

If you don’t have any speed changes or this doesn’t solve it, please let us know! We’ll dig in deeper and figure out what’s going on together.

@Deepansh_Bhardwaj6825  I'm sorry this has been an issue for you. This is definitely unexpected, and your help here would be super valuable. If you’re open to it, I’d love to get a copy of your project—this would really help us dig deeper into the root cause. Here’s how you can share it:
  1. On your device, open this link:
  2.  prx://features?Application.ProjectArchiving=true
  3. Go back to Premiere and open the Project Browser.
  4. Tap the More icon (…) on the problematic project.
  5. From the pop-up menu, select Share Project.

This will zip up all the content of the project. You can email me the zip at pgaraway@adobe.com

I'll try to get this solved for you ASAP

Hi Diana30781065xmzq,

We're sorry to hear about this. Is this issue occurring while exporting any specific projects/media or all of them? Let us know the iPhone model & the iOS version that you are using. Also, please ensure that you have sufficient storage space remaining on the device to save the newly exported media.

Thanks,

Sumeet
