Export to desktop - can't find how to open

I'm using a Microsoft Surface Pro 11 (ARM CPU) and have Premiere Pro 25.5 and Beta 25.6 (Arm I guess) installed. I have exported a very simple Premiere project from my iPhone and can see the project saved to the CC library. What I can't see is how to open this in Premiere Pro (beta). I'm wondering if this beta feature isn't available on Arm yet? If it is, where the heck do I open it from?
