Hi everyone — just closing the loop on this thread.

I was able to successfully export the project and share it back with the user. I wasn’t able to identify the exact cause of the failure, but the project exported normally. Hopefully this was an isolated issue and won’t affect future exports.

If anyone else runs into export problems, here are a few steps you can try:

    • Restart your phone
    • Retry the export
    • Make sure you have sufficient free storage available on your device

If you’re still experiencing issues, please reach out to us directly through this support form and we’d be happy to help further.

    Thanks!

@arunraj16270 Hi! Thanks for sharing this. If you’re open to it, I’d really appreciate the chance to look at the project directly so I can figure out what’s happening and work toward a fix.

One thing you can try in the meantime:
If your project has an audio fade that overlaps with a transition, that combination has been known to cause issues. It still shouldn’t happen, of course, but we want to rule out every variable. That’s why seeing your project would be so helpful.

    Step 1: Enable Project Sharing

    1. Copy and paste this link into Safari:
      prx://features?Application.ProjectArchiving=true
    2. When prompted, open the Premiere app.

    Step 2: Share the Project

    1. Go to your Projects screen.
    2. Find the project that’s giving you trouble.
    3. Tap the ⋯ (three dots) under the project.
    4. You should now see “Share Project” as an option.
    5. Share it with me via email (pgaraway@adobe.com) or send a file‑sharing link.

Once I receive it, I’ll dig in and try to identify exactly what’s causing the failure — and ideally get you unblocked quickly.

Thanks so much for your patience, and I really appreciate you taking the time to help us improve.
