What the title says basically. Rush used to have an entire section for transitions but I can find that in the new Premiere for mobile. Appreciate any help.

In addition to what Warren shared (Thanks) you can also add transitions to fade.

    1. Tap the rectangle icon that appears between two clips in the timeline or in overlay tracks, select the clip and select “Transitions” from the toolbar.
    2. Select a transition from the available options to instantly add it to your edit.

Tap a Clip and while it’s selected tap “Opacity” at the bottom (where you see from left to right options for Delete, Duplicate, Replace.Move up, etc.).  To fade video in or out, use the Add Key frame button in the Opacity settings to add keyframes where you want the video to by 0% Opacity and then again where you want it to be 100% Opacity.
