I am trying to export my video from Premiere Pro in iPhone but i can’t seem to change the video to MP4 format. Any ideas?

Did you mean to post this in the Premiere Mobile forum (https://community.adobe.com/premiere-mobile-488)? If so, see this post regarding export from that app - no mp4 from the iPhone app itself.

If you’ve brought it to Premiere desktop, just add to a sequence and export as mp4. Or open in Media Encoder and export.
