Premiere Beta desktop vs mobile

 I'm wondering why I'm having a difficult time finding the "Premiere Beta" App inside "Adobe Creative Cloud", is it  because Adobe labeled it "Premiere". Not "Premiere Beta". It seems there is no longer a separate "Premiere Beta" App for Desktop use, only "Premiere Beta" for mobile. Also, the icon for "Premiere Beta" no longer has the distinctive white background as it did a year ago when it was available for Desktop. Instead, the "Premiere Beta" app now looks identical to the "Premiere Pro" icon with the lavender-colored "Pr" and dark blue background.

Am I missing something?
