Premiere iPhone exporting length issue

Exporting in premiere on the iPhone is only allowing video length to be 38 seconds long. I can’t find where I can adjust my exporting settings in the phone app. This would be easier to fix on a desktop but it seems there should be a way in the phone app. Please help :) thanks!
