Premiere Mobile fails when moving it to Premiere desktop

When trying to move a Premiere Mobile project to the desktop the upload seems to succeed from the phone but trying to import and open that on the desktop yields this error.

I think we can see from that failure that Adobe is using Open Timeline I/O to make this conversion. That's admirable but if it fails, how does one get a project from Premiere Mobile to Premiere Desktop?

When it didn’t work I went to plan B so I wasn’t able to go back and try again.

I have this issue. Not used 26 version and deleted 25 version to use 26 and it still can’t let me use the moblie feature after I did it twice from my iPad Mini 6? Next it downloaded as zip to folder app. Can’t upload my YouTube video to my PC and export from my PC

Hey @Alana34534040iqyr There have been recent updates on both the Mobile and Desktop side that have resolved a handful of issues with this transfer, but without seeing exactly what's happening on your end, it's hard to say whether those cover what you're running into.

It would also really help to get the actual OTIO file so we can see exactly what's failing. Could you go to https://www.adobe.com/files/projects/ and share that file with me? I'll take a look and figure out what's going on. At your convenience, feel free to email it to pgaraway@adobe.com or share via any sharing platform you're comfortable with.

Before we dig further, can you share how did you go about importing the project on desktop? Specifically:

Did you use File > Import > Premiere Mobile Project?
Or did you download the project as a zip and try to import it via File > Import directly?

That'll help us narrow down where things are going wrong. Once we know that, we may also ask for your Premiere desktop version.
