Premiere Mobile is not displaying the paid features. I have an active subscription.

Question

I have clicked upgrade and paid the 799 plan so the feature should come for me right to create text to video creation but still it's not coming after I paid the bill

​@JothikaRajaLooks like your account is out of generative credits! Generative credits are required to generate images and video. Text-to-video in Premiere Mobile costs 500 credits each time you use it.If you’ve been using generative tools in any Adobe apps, that’s where your generative credits have gone. They will reset on your billing date! Based on the screenshot, it looks like yours will reset on August 25th.I hope this helps explain things!Caroline

I had them delete a project for decency violations basically it was a sexual content type thing I figured I’d play with prompts bc I have unused credits , I’m not sure what package is what , basically the law suit they are were fighting is over this deceptive and complicated packages all are over priced and ppl have two LR APPS OR WHATEVER all the money I’ve dropped ,bc the product stands up and I know the tools but it’s time together over that I’ll familiarize myself with cother flows ESPECIALLY WHEN I CANT GENERATE A RUBBERY BABY THATS MAD .. wo being strikes as a pedo … yeah kills creature for sure . U paid adobe is good now u want stuff and your support is a chat of paying public ? I can’t call a human and work out a plan figure what’s being doubled up in what ? Nope fire fly is awful and a politically correct default to PEDO OR WHAT EVER VIOLATIONS AI DEwrongly denies me my requests all the time .i use up my credits showing ppl how horrible firefly is but it’s hysterical bc i asked for an elderly man …it gave me a hanging !
