Syncing between ITunes and Premiere

Question

I recently downloaded new music from iTunes but it still hasn't shown up in Premiere, how long will it take to sync between apps? Or is there a way I can manually do so?

I have the same issue. When accessing Apple Music it seems to have a snapshot of what I had when downloaded premiere a few months back. Also only accesses songs downloaded to my device but no way to update.
