Is there a reason why Expand Image is on the second row?

My environment - 13" M4 iPad & iPadOS 26.0.1

@pjglad You're right, this is a known issue and our team is actively looking into it. Just to share a bit of context: Premiere was originally designed and optimized specifically for iPhone, but we’re continuing to explore ways to better support iPad and take full advantage of its larger screen. We really appreciate your feedback and look forward to bringing you updates that improve the iPad experience.
