Is there a reason why Expand Image is on the second row?

My environment - 13" M4 iPad & iPadOS 26.0.1

@pjglad You're right, this is a known issue and our team is actively looking into it. Just to share a bit of context: Premiere was originally designed and optimized specifically for iPhone, but we’re continuing to explore ways to better support iPad and take full advantage of its larger screen.
