15.0 Getting stuck at 00:02, 00:01, or 00:00!

I have encoded these clips so many times today! I am having this issue where the file will not finalize, getting stuck at  00:02, 00:01, or 00:00!

Please help! I need to encode this 10 BIT footage into ProRes 422 to use in Davinci Resolve trial
