-1609629695 and Computer Freezes

Hello! I've been running into the error code "-1609629695" on and off recently (solved it previously by recording the playback in full resolution and adding that mp4 to my main composition in ae) but this time it completely freezes my computer.

Here are my system specs:

i5 9400

Nvidia RTX 2060 Super

16GB DDR4

I've already tried reinstalling AE and AME, updating them to the latest versions, and copy-pasting everything into a new composition.
