3D solid not showing in media encoder after showing in After Effetcs.

My 3D solid shows and moves around in after effects, but when I go to render it, it does not show. I rendered a similar video yesterday, and it worked fine. However today it is not working.

UPDATE

I have tried it again and the 3D layer is now showing in media encoder, however, the first couple of frames are not displaying the 3D layer and the lines in the background are double layered and thicker.
