Hi, I had a friend send a video to me from her phone by text. It came to my iphone 8 plus as a .3gp file and blurry/poor quality. How do I get this to be the correct quality? Do I use the adobe media encoder? I do have access to that app.

      Are you looking to make a bad video into a good video? There's no magic to do that. It probably can't be improved.
