720p and other qualities not working on ME whenever trying to export AE project

Whenever I try to render a AE project (200 - 500mb) on Media Encoder it doesn't render and crash the render after few seconds. I'm only able to render 480p quality then. How to fix this issue?

Also I forgot to mention that I was able to render 720p quality and 1080p back then but it is now not rendering anymore
