About done with this whole platform

And for no reason at all my Dynamic Link Connection has refused to be fixed or work for the past two weeks.  I've talked to a few Adobe Support technicians and everytime the remote access without fail never works so then it boils down to them telling em what to over text.  Everything I've tried does nothing and now my social media pages and content has come to s schreeching halt. So mad and just infuriated at this.
