Add to Adobe Media Encoder Queue Problem!

Hello,

Since 1 Week i'm facing this issue.

I had opened my video template, everything I had edited in template. Just Rendering is left

So, I went Export>Add to adobe media encoder queue

After Clicking It Nothing Happens, just as usual ae screen is showing to me. Media Encoder is not starting. Whenever I had add to ame queue, the option is working no function option (example: Enjoy By Clicking).

I had Clicked Almost 20 Times

Media Encoder is not even Getting ON

I had Checked Taskbar, is it on background or not

It is not there in background also.
