Adjusment Layers slow down rendering HELP!

Question

HelloI tried to render my video with 5 adjusment layers effects on it and it turned out to the renderering is 6 hours *3mins video* and when the 1st adjusment layer comes on  it goes up not down.PLEASE HELP!!!

What are the complete computer specs, including hard drives, (how many, what kind, what is on each, and how full)?What operating system?What version of CC?
