Adjusment Layers slow down rendering HELP!

Hello

I tried to render my video with 5 adjusment layers effects on it and it turned out to the renderering is 6 hours *3mins video* and when the 1st adjusment layer comes on it goes up not down.

PLEASE HELP!!!

What operating system?
