Adobe Enconder it is not working properly

I always use Adobe Encoder to export projects from After Effect but today it is not working, I export the project from AE and it does not appear in Media Encoder, I tried to uninstall and install the program and the same thing happens, I have a Macbook Pro 16 inch 32 ram memory. Please someone else is experiencing this and how you guys are solving it.
