Adobe Macromedia 8 Not Starting up

It used to work fine but since 1 week I am facing this problem. I cannot open it and only displays this message. I have tried to reinstall it many times but still the same thing comes again and again. Please help me

    This software is over 12 years old and is from a previous company. It is no longer supported. Sorry about that.
