adobe media encoder 15.4 has encountered an unexpected error and cannot continue

Hello everyone, 

Adobe Media Encoder is crashing everytime I try to open it, I am using a MacOS Big Sur 11.4 system. 

Everytime I try to open Media Encoder it says : 

adobe media encoder has encountered an unexpected error and cannot continue 

while it's trying to open "Chargement de ImporterQuickTime.bundle" 

As you can see in my screenshot : 

I tried with older versions of Media Encoder, it doesn't change, also I try to clean the caches.. nothing happens

If someone could help me maybe it could help a lot of us who are stuck in the same problem ? Thank you very much
