Adobe Media Encoder 2020 freezes (not responding) when doing anything in UI

I'm using Adobe Media Encoder 2020 (14.5 Build 48) on Windows 10. 

After few clicks Adobe Media Encoder freezes for a while. Then, I click on some more things and it's not responding again.

I tried deleting caches but the problem persists.
