Adobe Media Encoder 2020 won't open!

Hello, I am working on a project in After Effects for my sister and I need Media Encoder to send it from my laptop to my phone in a small file size but Adobe Media Encoder 2020 will not open! I have tried restarting my computer, uninstalling and reinstalling Media Encoder directly from Creative Cloud Desktop and it will not open and she wants it by the end of today. Please help me.

Out of curiousity what was your fix? Or did it resolve itself. I cannot open media encoder myself and don't know what to do. I have uninstalled and reinstalled.

Hi, sorry for the late reply. I cannot remember what the solution was or what I did to fix it. However, I would recommend using the Adobe CC Cleaner Tool if you can. Hope this helps! 🙂
