Adobe Media Encoder 2022 Non-functional

So essentially, at this point I'm finding AME to be completely non-functional in my regular workflow.

I send a basic project in AE or Premiere to be exported, and MAYBE a few hours, it will load up in the queue. At that point, I set up the render and it then takes HOURS to encode the project, and once it finally begins to render I'm still looking at hours to render the most basic of animations (2-3 shape layers with no effects ~ 10 seconds). This is ludicrously unacceptable.  I'm losing clients and work time due to this.

Adobe promised that things would be sped up through AME years ago when it removed the ability to render h.264 from AE, and it has only gotten worse with every new release. Now, its unusable. Stop trying to create new features, and fix the basic functions of essential programs!
