Adobe media encoder 22.4 is very slow to export

Hi, 

I've to export a bunch of media, between 30second to 2min more or less, but it take a while to export, about 40 minute to 1hour+ for each ! 

I did the exact same work months ago and it was just fine with older version.

Why is it so slow ??

The effects I use are : Color lumetri, UltraKey, and a Beautybox (by digital anarchy).

I've already looked if metal is checked in Premiere and Media encoder (it is) and I work on a Mackbook Pro 2018, i7, Radeon pro Vega 20 4go, 32go RAM, last version of Premiere and Media Encoder.
