hi, i need to download security update for adobe media encoder 23.6.5. Please advise where to download. Thank you

Use the Creative Cloud Application.
If you have Media Encode 23.x installed, it should offer you the update to 23.6.5.
Otherwise look in Apps, find Media Encoder and click on the "..."-Button. Then select "Other Versions"
