Adobe Media Encoder doesn't work

Hi, I want to export my AE work into MP4.

I was using AME perfectly fine, but from some point, it started not working.

converting video into video works fine, like converting MOV video into MP4,

but when I try to export AE file by AME, it seems that there's some error connecting to dynamic link.

How can I fix this problem?

my AE version is 16.1.1(Build 4), and AME version is 13.1(Build 173).

Please help!

    Hi Jina Kim,

    Thanks for reaching out. Dynamic link works when the versions of both the applications are in sync. Ideally, you should not get any issue while exporting a After Effects project  from AME with the versions installed on your computer.

    I have the same problem,  AME does not work, get .- Dynamic-link server just stays "loading forever" Wasting a lot of time in this issue. It is very frustrating. I've been updating and uninstalling the AME several times. Any real solution?  Just keeping adding new updates to software but I don't feel they get better instability and functionality
