adobe media encoder error

hi i use macbook pro 2017 with 16gb ram and 4 graphics card but when i try to open adobe media encoder it's show "adobe media encoder has encountered an unexpected error and cannot continue"

We're sorry about the poor experience. Let us know the version of Media Encoder that you are using. Is it crashing while loading any specific component on the splash screen, or the splash screen itself is not loading? We're here to help, just need more info.
