Adobe Media Encoder Error

Hi,

I am trying to export comps from After Effects to Media Encoder and when I tell it to start I get this error:

[/ame11.1.2/ame/releases/2017.03/shared/adobe/MediaCore/VideoFrame/Src/VideoFrameFactory.cpp-115]

I have been using Media Encoder for months and it has been fine until yesterday afternoon.

I render out some big odd sized files as I work with stadium LEDs and i get the error when trying to render an LED file (ex: 13500 x 64)

but I don't get the error with 1920 x 1080 footage.

Is there a solution for this?

I am using Adobe CC 2018 for both on a Mac Pro(Late 2013) macOS Sierra 10.12.6

Thank You,

Jeff

Hi Jeff,

I am sorry that you are facing trouble exporting your comps from Media Encoder.

I render out some big odd sized files as I work with stadium LEDs

Please attach a screenshot of the Composition Settings/Export Settings window.

I request you to confirm the exact version number of After Effects & Media Encoder (from the help menu).

Thanks,

Kulpreet Singh

Also,

If I render it out using after effects queue then import that file into media encoder it has no problem at all working with it from there.

This defeats the purpose of having media encoder as I use it to render while I can finish other work in AE
