Adobe Media Encoder Error

Hi,

I have Version 14.3 (Build 39)

I got the "Could not read from source" error.

Then I try to put the file in the download directory (The original has Hebrew characters).

You can see a Video Shot in this link:

I get the same error when trying to import to Premiere Pro 2020 - Version 14.3.0 (Build 38)
