Adobe Media Encoder export issue

Hi, guys I have some issues here with my media encoder, I can't export my project. from after effect to the media encoder, it won't show up on the media encoder, I did various things like update them both software and reinstalling also and I tried already manual exporting from the media encoder but I'll take so long, and still doesn't show up on rendering queue.

hope you guys can help me with this

Hi Vince
I have exactly the same issue since 20 December, I have tried many reparations but the issue still occurs.
Hope that Adobe is going to fix it soon

I have had the same issue, since updating, I did a post on this for some help, but I think I didn't enter it as a 'discussion'. Not able to export from AE to AME at all.
