ADOBE MEDIA ENCODER ISSUE

Hi all, 

 

Has anyone run into the following issue export a same as source file out of Avid and bringing it into Adobe Media Encoder?

 

I attached the screenshot. 

 

Basically, it's showing me it has no video which is not true. In addition, it is saying that the native frame rate of the clip is 2997 which is also not true it is 23.98.

 

Pleasee advise!

Could you open the original file using something like Mediainfo https://mediaarea.net/en/MediaInfo and post a screen shot of what it's displaying?
